The farm started life in the secondf half of the 1800s in a building dating back to the 17th century, right in the old part of the village of Sala Monferrato. Over the years it has expanded and now specialises in the making of wines typ9cal of the Casale Monferrato area.

Baker for a day. Everything in the bread making process from the preparation of the dough through to baking the bread in the old wood burning oven. The end result is then tasted with the typical Muletta di sala and the excellent wines produced on the farm. Throughout the day the owners are on hand to explain everything about breadmaking, local specialities and their wine. Then to finish... a tasting of bread, cakes and foccaccia baked in the oven, washed down with our wines. This day-long course is available all year roundand the maximum number in the group is 15.
